If a picture is worth a thousand words then a video might be worth a million words.

You can create short videos (or long if you want) of belongings with your digital camcorder and then import the video file into an asset record for a permanent video record. You can have an unlimited number of videos, just as with pictures, scanned documents, and audio recordings.

The ToolTraq Video Handler supports .avi, .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .qt, and .wmv video formats.

Video files, as with all other imported files in ToolTraq, can be emailed as an email attachment directly from within the software.
