ToolTraq Home Inventory Software allows you to make permanent, comprehensive records of tools, furniture, electronics, appliances, clothes, music collections, - in fact, a record of anything and everything you own - personal or business.

The core purpose of creating a scheduled maintenance record in ToolTraq is that you can let ToolTraq automatically keep track of upcoming scheduled maintenance and notify you when maintenance is due. You don't need to remember dates or  use another program to remind you. You can set each individual asset maintenance record as to when and how long to notify you of the scheduled maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance records can be used as appointment reminders - such as when is the washing machine repair man coming, when is the appointment to have the oil changed in the car, when is the furnace filter scheduled to be replaced, etc. You can create a scheduled maintenance record for virtually anything you own - and be automatically reminded of the upcoming appointment or work to be done.

Scheduled maintenance can be set to be reoccurring. If something needs to be done over again every month, for example, you create a reoccurring maintenance record set for monthly. You need to create the maintenance record one time only. Then every month, on the day you set, ToolTraq will automatically remind you of the monthly task or chore.

The automatic ToolTraq desktop notifier runs in the background on your computer whether ToolTraq is running or not.
